Where can I find the supplements?
At this time, the supplements are produced
only in the USA, but can be shipped to you if you live elsewhere. In the Asthma Report, I give store details
and online sources where they can be purchased internationally. Many
companies offer discount prices (and include free
shipping within the USA) that are much less than you can find in local stores.
If
you prefer not to order online, you can also ask the merchant of your
favorite health food store to special order it for you. I don't sell any supplements

How much do the supplements cost?
Prices per 100-120 capsule bottles range
anywhere from $13 to $25 depending on the brand and where you shop. If
